This is the worse experience that I have ever had traveling the world. We booked 3 rooms, and to our surprised, only 2 rooms are being allocated, and the 3rd room was not available. According to the hotel, they don’t sell the rooms to 訂房網站, but somehow the room was advertised in 訂房網站.com as available. As the resort is in a remote area, we have no access to other nearby hotels. Even the resort try to help, but the next available is a tent at the side of the resort… This mishandling also resulted in additional telco international call charges of $150 on my cellphone. Is 訂房網站.com going to bear the charges or the hotel ??
